The focus of H2Education is to provide all learners with access to information about hydrogen as an energy carrier.

Support for hydrogen technology is growing rapidly and critical component to the adoption of any technology is public education. Therefore, H2Education provides the user with access to the latest information about this rapidly evolving technology in a format that is familiar and useful for all.

Persons involved with H2Education include:

Dr. Williamson is a promoter of the hydrogen economy and the adoption of alternative energy sources that will lead Montana and the United States into energy independence. He speaks on the benefits of hydrogen to audiences of all ages across the state and the country. He has worked closely with the Department of Energy, Department of Transportation, the National Labs, and the U.S. Fire Marshall's Office, as well as the Governor's Office of Economic Development.

Brian Kerns
Biomass Project Manager

Mr. Kerns is an expert in the field of renewable energy technology. He is currently responsible for developing a renewable energy technicians degree program, a biomass-to-hydrogen project for the USDA, and the Alternative Energy Learning Site--in collaboration with MonTEC, Northwest Energy and the University of Montana.
